VILLAGE OF ALBANY CAUCUS
January 11, 2010
PRESENT: Larry Hanson, Wayne Stemple, John Briggs, John Grochola, Virginia Detra, Rod Sutherland, Peggy Boeck, Jon Runaas, and Lisa Bloedel.
President Hanson called the Caucus to order.
Hanson asked for a recommendation of two tellers for the caucus. Detra recommended Keepers and Boeck.
Hanson then opened the nominations for three positions of Village Trustee for two year terms to fill the positions currently held by John Briggs, Virginia Detra, and Rod Sutherland.
Stemple nominated Rod Sutherland seconded by Briggs.
Boeck nominated Virginia Detra seconded by Rod Sutherland.
Grochola nominated John Briggs seconded by Hanson.
Motion by Briggs and seconded by Stemple to close nominations. Carried
Names drawn for the order of names on ballots are as follows: 1 – Virginia Detra, 2 – Rod Sutherland, 3 – John Briggs.
The caucus was then closed.
