PUBLIC HEARING
June 3, 2010
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plans Commission of the Village of Albany, Wisconsin will meet at 6:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of June 2010 in the Albany Village Hall (206 North Water Street) for the purpose of holding a public hearing as prescribed by sec 985.07, Wis. Stats to consider the following item:
1. To consider amending Village Ordinance 194-4. Destruction of noxious weeds. Under sub section C, the removal of the sentence referring to a height of eight inches will be considered.
Also, the addition of Garlic Mustard under 194-4C(1)(q).
