BUILDING, GROUNDS AND CEMETERY COMMITTEE
November 9, 2010
The regular meeting of the Building, Grounds and Cemetery Committee was called to order by Chairperson Peggy Boeck, on November 9, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the Albany Village Hall, 206 North Water Street, Albany, WI. Members present were: Boeck, Virginia Detra, and Bob Atkinson. Absent was: Kenneth Frydenlund.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Motion by Detra, seconded by Atkinson, to approve the minutes of the last meeting as printed. Carried.
CEMETERY MOWING – RYAN DISCH: Much discussion with regard to the possible marks of wheel tracks, having less air in tires, and using a roller. The committee would also like a phone call before he comes to mow. The committee will invite Disch to a meeting prior to next year’s season; either in February or March.
ANNOUNCEMENT AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: The committee would like to have TruGreen on call for next summer to spray the tress again.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Boeck, seconded by Atkinson, to adjourn the meeting. Carried.
