POLICE, FIRE AND LICENSE COMMITTEE
September 28, 2010
The regular meeting of the Police, Fire and License Committee was called to order on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 in the Albany Village Hall. Members present were: John Briggs, Virginia Detra, Gary Kranig, Steve Hubert, and Bob Levitt, Ex-Officio. Absent: Peggy Boeck and Danny Mueller, Ex-Officio. Also present were: Jason Cleasby.
Proof of posting was verified.
MINUTES: Motion by Hubert, seconded by Kranig, to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as printed. Carried.
PUBLIC APPEARANCES: None.
FIRE CHIEF CONCERNS: None.
POLICE CHIEF CONCERNS: None.
OPERATOR’S LICENSES: None.
SNOWMOBILE TRAIL: Jason Cleasby was present to report that there is not anything final and will come back to next month’s meeting.
LARRY MARTI: Nothing.
RECOMMENDATION TO PURCHASE NEW SQUAD CAR: Motion by Briggs, seconded by Kranig, to purchase a new squad car not to exceed $25,230.00. Carried.
2011 BUDGET: Motion by Hubert, seconded by Kranig, to recommend the budget to the finance committee. Carried.
ANNOUNCEMENT AND FUTURE ITEMS: Discussion on complaint forms and clean-up properties.
ADJOURN: Motion by Hubert, seconded by Kranig, to adjourn. Carried.
