The current Municipal Court Judge is A.B. Runaas.

The Albany Municipal Court handles local traffic and ordinance violations.

Court Sessions
All Court Sessions are held in the Village Hall located at 206 North Water Street, Albany, Wisconsin 53502 on the third Saturday of every month.  Scheduled trials are held the fourth Saturday of every month.  Court starts at 10:00 a.m.

Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, cashier’s checks and credit cards.  Mail payments to the above address. 

To pay by credit card go to www.GovPayNow.com or call 1-888-604-7888.  Use Pay Location Code (PLC) #7753.  You can make payments 24 hours a day/7 days a week and they accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards.  Please Note:  A service fee is charged for the transaction through GovPayNow.

If you do not pay your forfeiture according to your payment schedule, the Albany Municipal Court could impose any of the following penalties:  1-year driver’s license suspension, State Debt Collection Initiative, or Green County Warrant.
