If you are not able to reach an understanding at the Open Book with the Assessor, you may call up to 3 days prior to the Board of Review to schedule your Board of Review meeting.  Property owners may review and examine the 2026 proposed property assessment roll and discuss their concerns with the village assessor at the Board of Review.  Unresolved 2026 assessment matters can be brought to the 2026 Board of Review, which is scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 6-8 p.m. in the Albany Village Hall at 206 North Water Street, Albany, WI 53502.  Objection forms must be completed to appear before the Board of Review.
